The Pine Bluffs Lions Club honors the student of the quarter from each of the two high schools in Laramie County School District #2. The award is presented in memory of 2 longtime Lions: Henry Weber and Jay Brown.
Each school selects their student of the quarter and sends the name to the Pine Bluffs Lions. The club invites the student and his or her parents to a club meeting, where they are presented with a certificate and a check to assist with their higher education expenses.
